Mundaring Primary is a local area intake school which means that priority must be given to students residing within our intake area. You can view our intake area by searching the Department of Education Schools Online. Please note we do not provide maps of our boundary area.

If you reside outside our intake area, you are still able to make an application to enrol. However, it is up to the principal to approve the request.

The School welcomes students from Kindergarten to Year 6 and, at present, we may have vacancies in some year groups.

An Invitation to Visit

To experience our School's 'atmosphere' and to see our teaching and learning in action, you are invited to visit us. There is always an open invitation for you and your children to come and see us at work. Please email mundaring.ps@education.wa.edu.au beforehand or phone 08 9295 9500 so we can make the time to show you around.

Enrolment Application Process

Applications to attend Kindergarten and Pre-primary in 2025 are now open.

The application process concludes 19 July 2024 (the first Friday of Term 3).

Enrolment packs will be sent to successful families before the end of Term 3. To enter Kindergarten in 2025, your child must turn four years of age by 30 June 2025.

Please note that families are only permitted to apply to one WA government primary school.

It is a requirement for all Kindergarten enrolments, that an Immunisation History Statement is provided, showing your child is up to date. The Statement must be no more than two months old.
