Updated Class Meeting & Assembly Information

Parent Teacher Meetings:

Parent Teacher Meetings are being held over the next fortnight. Teachers are looking forward to meeting parents.  While attending please ensure:

• One parent only per child attends classroom meetings. Whilst classroom meetings take place, children are to go to the library where they will be supervised
• Masks to be worn inside classrooms
• Hand sanitiser will be available upon entry to classrooms
• Complete the sign in sheet with name, email and phone number 

Assemblies:

To reduce large congregations of people, as per the Chief Health Officer advice, yet continue to run school activities, assemblies will look a bit different this term. Attendance will be by invitation:

• Parents and family members of the presenting class 
• Parents and family members of award recipients 
• Selected classes will also attend, whilst the remaining classes will view assembly via Zoom from their classroom
