Celebrating Success

We are always very pleased to celebrate success when it comes to our students and love it when get the opportunity to do so.

On The Sports Field

As you know it’s been quite an extraordinary year for all levels of sport, from junior to senior sports like the AFL.

The good news is that the local WA Basketball League (WABL) season finally did get to start post lockdown and we are certainly proud of how students from Mundaring PS faired.

We would like to congratulate Asha Winsor and Reif D'Abbs who were named the Most Valuable Players in their respective U12 Hills Raiders WABL teams. This is a terrific result for both students and I know you will join with me in celebrating their success.

On A Musical Note

As we head to that all important graduation of our current cohort of Year 6 students, I am aware that many of our students look to gain places in various selective programs in their high school of choice for 2021.

I am so pleased to share that two of our Year 6 students have been successful in gaining Scholarships to the Music Program at The Eastern Hills SHS.

Congratulations to both Madeline Kitchin and Lawson Eaves for picking up Yr 7 Music Scholarships at EHSHS for the 2021 school year. They have both shown great tenacity, maturity and a high level of skills in their Primary Instrumental Music program and I'm sure they will benefit hugely from following on with their music studies at Eastern Hills next year.

Well done to all of our successful students.
